Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules change. To be fair to all clients and to our therapists, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service cost. No-Show: Clients who miss their appointment without any notification will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. Fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
